Sprinkler Innovations Inc. – Limited Product Warranty Sprinkler Innovations Inc. (“Manufacturer”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from Manufacturer. During the warranty period, and upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, Manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will either repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a product of equal or comparable value.

Exclusions and Limitations -This Limited Warranty shall not apply to, and Sprinkler Innovations Inc. expressly disclaims any responsibility for damage or failure caused by improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tears, or cosmetic damage that does not materially impair the functionality of the product. Any damage or failure resulting from the purchaser’s failure to comply with the Manufacturer’s written installation instructions, maintenance requirements, bi-annual testing, or safety guidelines is expressly excluded.  This Limited Warranty is void with respect to any product on which the serial number or other identification marking has been altered, removed, or defaced. Any damage or failure arising from installation and/or operation in connection with a contaminated water source is excluded. Sprinkler Innovations Inc. shall not be liable for, and this Limited Warranty excludes any costs or expenses associated with the removal, reinstallation, or testing of any system or component thereof.

Limitation of Liability – Except as expressly provided in this warranty, Manufacturer makes no other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Manufacturer’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

Warranty Procedure – To obtain warranty service, Customer must provide, by email correspondence (info@sprinklerinnovations.com), proof of purchase showing the product model, serial number, date of purchase, installation location, description of the defect/issue, photographs of damage/defect and other supporting documentation.  Warranty submission must be received by Sprinkler Innovations during the warranty period.  Upon receipt of a valid claim, Sprinkler Innovations, Inc. will provide instructions for returning the product. The customer is responsible for all crating and shipping costs.
